Our roots

From Lingolsheim to rue de la Kurvau.

1964

Élie Azoulay starts his business in Lingolsheim.

1968

The butcher’s shop moves to Strasbourg’s Krutenau district.

1994

Production moves to Neudorf, where the house continues its story.

2012

The Azoulay family calls on Olivier Schmoll to lead the company and carry its story forward.
